These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration and use of the Zeko Vanguard dashboard and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use the Service.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. The Service
Zeko Vanguard provides server verification tools for PepChat / Stoat communities, including a bot worker, verification pages, security checks, and a server-owner dashboard.
The Service is a tool only. You, as a server owner or administrator, decide how verification is configured and who receives verified access in your community.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that security checks will detect every alt account, VPN, or abusive user.
3. Your account and bot credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any PepChat bot token you provide.
You must have authority to configure verification on the servers you manage and to grant the permissions your bot requires.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and through bots connected to your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: using the Service to harass, raid, evade bans, or facilitate abuse; attempting to bypass security features; interfering with or overloading the Service; reverse engineering or scraping the Service except as permitted by law; or using the Service in violation of applicable law or PepChat / Stoat platform rules.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
5. Verification and member data
When you use the Service, we process verification-related data about your server members on your behalf, such as PepChat user IDs, IP addresses, verification status, and security check results.
You are responsible for informing members of your verification process and for having a lawful basis to collect and use that data under applicable privacy laws.
Security features such as shared-IP alt detection and VPN blocking are heuristic tools. They may produce false positives (for example, on shared networks) or false negatives.
Manual verification commands bypass automated checks at your discretion. You are responsible for decisions made using those tools.
6. Featured servers and donations
If you participate in optional featured-server or donation programs, additional platform rules may apply. Featured placement, if any, is at the discretion of platform administrators.
Donations, where offered, are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties including PepChat / Stoat, Cloudflare Turnstile, and IP reputation providers (such as proxycheck.io when configured). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms or providers.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service as intended.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or community access arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version date shown on this page. Material changes may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
